KayePic Terms of Use

By using KayePic you agree to these terms. They supplement Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) with KayePic-specific provisions; for matters concerning App Store purchases, Apple's terms prevail where they differ.

1. The service

KayePic provides on-device photo tools (layouts, collages, creative compositions, screenshot organizing, and more). Every feature is free to use; exports made without a subscription carry a small brand watermark. The in-app subscription removes the watermark and also covers future features. Features may evolve between versions; changes are described in release notes.

2. Subscriptions and payment

The supporter subscription is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (weekly or yearly; prices as shown on the purchase screen). Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. While subscribed, exports carry no watermark, and the subscription includes any features added during the term; the Me page shows a supporter badge. After cancelling, all editing features remain available; exports made afterwards carry the watermark again, and files already exported are unaffected.

The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal fee is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel the subscription anytime in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
Payment, invoicing, and refunds are handled by Apple; request refunds via Apple's Report a Problem page.
On a new device, tap "Restore purchase" in the app with the same Apple account to restore your supporter status.
Users who bought the legacy one-time unlock or a Pro subscription never need to buy again; what they paid for is now free for everyone.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use KayePic to process or produce content that infringes others' likeness, privacy, or intellectual-property rights; content for forging documents or evidence; or content that violates applicable law. You are responsible for the content you process and how you use the results.

4. Your content and our rights

Your photos and projects belong to you. All processing happens on your device; we do not access or store your photos (see the Privacy Policy) and claim no rights to your content. The KayePic app itself — its interface, templates, and asset library — remains the developer's intellectual property and may not be reverse-engineered, copied, or redistributed without permission.

5. Local data

Projects, recipes, and saved assets live on your device; there is no cloud backup. Deleting the app removes all local data — save important results to your photo library.

6. Disclaimer

KayePic is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of or inability to use the app. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Changes

When these terms change, we update this page and the date above; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
